The hotel collects the following personal data:

making bookings and personalising services;

sending users news about promotions and services relating to the Hotel, subject to consent;
recording the specifications of events and meetings held at the hotel.

Data are processed at the registered office at Lungomare Marconi no. 37 - Senigallia (AN). Access to the data is permitted to authorised personnel only.

Processing methods

Data are processed using automated and paper-based tools for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes, with specific security measures to prevent loss, destruction, unlawful use and unauthorised access.

Payment methods: direct payment at the hotel. When the booking is confirmed, credit card details and a deposit of one third of the total amount are required.

Retention period

Data are processed for as long as necessary to provide the service requested. Users may at any time request that processing be stopped or that their data be erased and/or restricted.

Data transfer

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.

Withdrawal of consent

Data subjects may withdraw their consent at any time, pursuant to Article 6 of GDPR 679/16.

Rights of data subjects
