Check-in is available from 14:00, check-out is by 11:00.

These cannot be guaranteed in high season. If your room is not yet ready when you arrive, from 8:30 we will take care of your luggage and your car and, if you wish, you can start with breakfast on the roof garden (from 7:30 to 11:00) or head down to the beach and use a temporary parasol until the one assigned to your room is available. Late check-out is possible in low season, at a cost that depends on the time you leave the room.

It varies according to the season. In high season: free cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival; between 21 and 15 days before arrival, a 20% penalty applies; less than 14 days before arrival, a 30% penalty applies. In low season: free cancellation until 18:00 on the day before arrival, after which a penalty equal to the cost of the first night is charged.

Yes. In high season, a deposit of 30% of the booking value is always required, payable by bank transfer or credit card charge. In low season, the details of a credit card and its expiry date are requested as a guarantee when the booking is confirmed. For long stays (more than 7 nights), a deposit of one third of the total amount is required.

The rate includes overnight stay and breakfast, the SPA circuit (subject to booking and availability) and, in high season, the exclusive beach service and reserved parking in a public area 300 m away.

Yes, Il Mare in Terrazza restaurant serves à la carte and meals can be charged to your room.

No, we offer bed and breakfast only (breakfast cannot be deducted from the rate).

All rooms have a sea view, with the exception of the Comfort category (9 double/double for single use and 3 single rooms).

The entire hotel is free of architectural barriers, there is a lift at street level, and the room with a bathroom equipped for guests with disabilities is on the first floor.

The laundry service is provided externally and there are no collections on Saturdays and Sundays. An in-house ironing service is available every day.

We have cots for children aged 0 to 3, which can be added in all room types except the single Comfort room. Some rooms, such as the Deluxe and Suite, have a daybed/sofa bed for a third or fourth person.

We welcome small and medium-sized dogs; cats are not allowed.

A daily supplement of €15.00 is always charged. On arrival you will find a welcome dog kit; a dog bed is included on request. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or on the beach.

From 16/9 to 14/6: free public parking in the area around the hotel. From 15/6 to 15/9: free public parking 300 m from the hotel, by reservation. Covered, video-monitored paid parking is also available about 2 km from the hotel.

Hotel Terrazza Marconi is just 800 m from the centre of Senigallia and 400 m from the railway station.

The shuttle service from Senigallia station is free of charge and available unless already engaged at the requested time. Transfers to and from the airport or nearby railway stations can be arranged on request at reception: booking@terrazzamarconi.it.

We accept all major credit cards, advance bank transfers or cash, within the limits permitted by current legislation.
